lvl 95 Quest

Can anyone point me in the right direction, where I can find quest information for lvl 95 blue zerk and the title? Firstly, for Chinese chars, will you become Captain first, then General at lvl 100? I am so confused.
Please enlighten me. Call me a noob if u like LOL.

OT: i think its at const, the general, thats south of the trader shop, just keep walking that way down,

you will become frustrated when you get to the generals, then you will become captain lol
edit: no seriously that part of the quest sucks.

I only used 3 traps to get the normal spirit xD
