lvl 95 Quest

Can anyone point me in the right direction, where I can find quest information for lvl 95 blue zerk and the title? Firstly, for Chinese chars, will you become Captain first, then General at lvl 100? I am so confused.

you will become frustrated when you get to the generals, then you will become captain lol

edit: no seriously that part of the quest sucks.
