Blocked Account

Is there a way to change your user ID? I got a level 80 account from someone who didn't want it anymore. I changed the password and make the account e-mail secured. I log onto it a few times to pvp but today I notice that I was blocked because of 3 failed attempts to log in....I guess someone was trying to log on to it.....Possibly the person or a friend of the person...This could start becoming a nuisance.

Get on when you can. Do not log out.

You can't change the ID. He will get bored eventually.. You can't just guess someones password.
