Server Rates?

Are all the server rates for gold drop/item/sp/exp the same on all servers? I thought I read some where that caspian I think had increased item drop, but lower exp or something like that.

the exp/sp/gold are the same in every server but for item/sox its a lot more complex. i remember a while back a few people did some tests and in center areas on the world map ou would get more/less drops than a different area. These spots would move every week after inspection. it was only tested on 1 server though.. i wish i could find that post

Alright other than that any mob can drop SOX and has same drop chance?
