The main place to buy/sell items?

Where is the main place or town to buy items? Ive been searching beginer chinese place and onwang and just cant seem to get much of the fith degree Sox. I need an Sox bow for level 32 farming and well I cannot find it for the life of me.

New Server, All over. Old server, No where. You won't be able to find sox easy at all except some reason hotan has a good number of 7D sox. (Gold bots prolly)

Alright so Athens is a bad choice for a server? What would be a good server?

For level 32, you can always check on Donwhang..maybe everyday atleast. In our server, there were still few who sells it. Phoenix btw.
