in your case, the GM couldn't know you are afk, he probably saw you standing and nearby another char botting, he assumed you are being plvled.

just out of curiosity, was your friend banned aswell ?

Nah, Maybe in private servers like ZSZC, but not in isro. All the GM's I ran into, I could pm if I could remember their weird ass names that could be spelled multiple ways...

Anyways, you're going off a story someone told you, you weren't actually there. No screen shots to prove what he said was the truth. I'm not calling the OP a botter, I'm just saying, the events may have played out a little differently.

There is nothing wrong with a GM saying hi to someone grinding to see if they're a botter. If I'm grinding and I don't reply back, I expect to get banned. How would you like it to be? Would you like them to put every botter on trial and drag it out. Innocent until proven guilty? Or maybe they should set there and watch the botter bot for a full day, youtube it, and send it to the main office to get a go ahead, to ban them. I digress-HATERS GONNA HATE

Maybe there's more to the story. Maybe a GM can see what players are in your party and knows one of them is botting, and is a higher level. Therefore knows it's a bot plvl party and bans them all. Or maybe the GM was just having a bad day and wanted to ban someone...

There certainly shouldn't be a trial, but there should be more than just a simple ignored PM. There are some places out in the field where mobs never go, so standing there to go afk for a few minutes is generally safe. Why travel all the way back to town, and then all the way back out, just to run to the other side of my house to check on my screaming daughter when I can just move to that "safe" spot for a few minutes? Would the GM ban you for standing afk inside town?

Can u read? where did the OP said he was botting...he was standing around afk..I want joymax to ban bots..all bots...but find a sensible way other than saying "hi" to find out if you're a bot...because they will start banning legit players if this is how they're gonna do it. I see why other people on here can't stand your ass.
