I know already it is gay, but it is true that after exchaging those "Better-luck-next-time" green boxes to the old man, you can also get a random SOX weapon?

Because, i've just been watching "Silkroad Online Nextone Magic Pop 10D Sun Blade" where he does lot of tries without success, then he exchange his green boxes and sometimes get a random sox weapon.
