Need Help For Rogue!

Hi
I Have A Lvl 60 Rogue/Cleric
And I Don't Know Where To Farm Skill Points
So Please Help!

Level to 64, build up a 9 gap (at 64), and go to the cave, to the 64-62 mobs (power earth ghosts or something like that) the spawn is crazy there, just don't forget to turn to the right side, there are way more mobs there. Good luck.

Or go to Planars, Sonars .. maybe Penon with extreme =)
But best option is use 9 gap like Alkali says

Nope cuz then you have a 0 gap.
For a 9 gap you need to put your mastery level 9 levels below your own level.
