Durability Question

Hey.. someone proposed the idea that using screen can help increase the duration of your gear's durability (longer time between repairs). Does anybody know how the game calculates when each point of durability is lost?
Would constant screen/bless help increase a tank's gear duration?

there might be a %%% chance (per hit) to lose 1 point of dura
or just a number of hits till 1 point is deducted.
blades/swords and warlock rods have a higher dura since they deal more hits and thus have a higher pob. of losing dura.
i am leaning towards the chance per hit one since some protective equipment breaks long before others do with a minimal difference in durability

Get 160-200% on your blue and you're set.

i cant imagine the screens would change anything. the tank will still take the same amount of hits, regardless of how much damage he takes. Not positive, just what i think.

this sounds quite good.
i got a tank char and i never noticed that dura should last longer while youre getting buffed with bless/screens, so im kinda the same opinion like Pan_Raider

That settles it.. Master tabs are much available than any other though.
