ok so earlier i had a topic about how to recover my characters and blah blah well i decided to dl and install the game and turns out that account has been blocked. freaking lvl 7x with pirate suit + alot of g and sox but for some damn reason my other account which i abbandoned before this one is still active... is there a way i can get thr ban over ruled or just say screw it and start over

the only thing i can think of is their faq, idk how helpful they are cause i've never used them lol

it doesnt make sense, the last time i used my 7x was in like sept of 08 and the last i used my other acct was like may of 08. they just wanted all my shit!!

The terms of use say that inactive accs get deleted after 6 months without a log in... well, something like that, search for it yourself^^

They done a massive ban of old account,2008 is old,sorry for you.

Hopefully my account isn't banned if they did a mass ban of old accounts.

why did you make a whole new topic, this should merge imo.
um you can spam their email addy and call them. the info required to do preform said task can be obtained through a little research.

i didnt log on my account for over a year and it was still there
