just to say... when ever someone puts up a screenie and there is white guild iconsppl always make stupid remarks, indirectly giving hints that this person could be using a 3rd party program..

Im not here to defend them, just to prove a point:



I'm running a legit client and i still see some white guild and union icons...

I blocked out msn picture and name for privacy, and also name of the silkroad character.

And I'm not sure what you are trying to prove with this picture. It's not that hard to hide third party programs if you are running them, not accusing you of anything, but photoshop is quite rampant on the internet.

As for the white boxes, yes, they show up when you first load up a server while you are downloading the icons the server has on file for the guilds.

All of the icons will be white on the botters pic where as you only got a few white ones.

Look at my photoshop amazing work with paint, it was 23:00 and i did it with a laptop pad hooray...

My icons on Iris have been white for a week now. We just started a new guild and apparently stuff isn't updating on the server.

I've seen tons of people running around with white icons displayed on MY screen, and I don't bot. To my knowledge, only the person who bots would have the white icons, and all our guild mates and union mates see the same white icons that I've been seeing. So as of today, I'm assuming the white icons are not a good indicator that someone bots. Joymax fails again.

if i dc and relog right away it gives me the white boxes sometimes

Yup, our guild/union logo is white tho... and some other logo's in Aege too, at least you can still see a few turkish flags at the logo's.

Yes we all remember back during the 90 cap the guild/union emblems all loaded white. just search the forums, this glitch has once again returned. It'll be weeks once again before this is fixed.

Don't believe me delete your RD folder from your Silkroad Directory and relog. The Guild/Uni icons will remain white. Uploading any Uni/Guild emblems will stay white.

As for the guy up top his picture is legit.
