Hmm I forgot the specifics but I remember doing this on Tsro a while back, and really you made more money just doing 5 stars going through each town than going all the way from const to jang. if you go through all the towns, loading and unloading as you go you will make a lot of money. Someone can correct me if im wrong...its been about a year since Ive done all of that.

It's also been a very long time since I last traded as a merchant, but I thought it was the farther your traveled the more money you make, without stopping at towns.

yes you do get more the further you go, but... instead of doing constan - jangan i rather do constan - hotan then hotan constan, the trade run takes about the same and you get more gold and more trader/hunter exp... =)

10m isnt a bad profit if you got a pt w/ 5 other traders and 2 higher lvl hunters

In the past we regulary did trade runs from constantinople to Hotan, and from Hotan to Jangan Much more profit then going straight to Jangan.

Consta -> Hotan: 491%
Hotan -> Jangan: 330%
Consta -> Jangan (without hotan): 675%

Which is still not worth it.

i was a level 5 trader.. had a trade from cons to jangan got stolen at jangan gate lol. i remember i was so pissed of that day

cons-jangan trade:
Long way --> bigger chance to get robbed
Much time --> you can make more gold from shorter trades in that time
Tax --> as i remember, jangan have 20% tax , it's better to trade in towns with no fortress

and best trades is the ones special goods
