I come from troy, and on there my full int spear used protector, i did really well with this type, but now that im on another server i want to try something different.

ive thought about armor, and i kno of some full ints that go with armor and do pretty well, but im not sure if its a good way to go.

ive also lately seen videos/guides/etc with full ints wearing garments, which i at first thought was since ur a full int, but apparently they pwn.

not sure which way to go or if i should just stick with protector like before, anyone wanna convince me with a type? this would be for later lvls, so mostly pvp (and btw whichever it was id have it as pimpin as i could, sox/+'s/etc)

Garm.

can i ask why garm? ive seen more full ints with them and i always thought of this being

i kno the 20% mp/speed, but pots arnt a big deal if ur full int...is it cause there are more int type ppl now?

Armor or Protector, it balances the lack of HP, but since higher levels do a mix of magic and phys, protector is a good balance. Garm lets you use less than 20% of your mp consumption but ur pure int so its pointless, you save a few pots.

At high lvls there is little difference between between prot and garms regarding phy defence but garms will still give u major mag defence

Armor mixed with Prot is best for you.

yes pure int with garment, that would be a win...........not

even with full son +7 set, 1 DD and hes down.

a pure int relies on snow. no matters if u get 1-2k more when u got no snow compared to armor, garm is the best way due to mp reduction, helps a lot in handling a 20% higher snow

Pure int spear - Garment if u want to buy full son +9 protector if u are rich or armor if u want just +5 .

i like the armor with prot mix, sounds creative and would give some pretty good phys def AND have some mag def., looks tricky but it might work

as for garments i can see that they would help in snow shield, idc about pots they arnt that much >.>, but i keep getting the feeling that if i get a high book of snow shield, i will run out of mp and wont be able to use skills(since the last book takes 60% from mp) but either way i STILL see some full ints in garm, and like some mentioned i thought doing this was...lol, but they do pretty good


my char is lvl 52(farming >.>) with a 9 gap, hueksal fire and light are all at 43, and cold at 20 for snow

As someone mentioned a couple of days ago GD is getting to be the new Q & A which should not happen.

OT: i believe i will go with prot like i used to, however i might try the armor/prot mix just to see how it plays out, thx all

you've lost this argument, it clearly states to ask questions, don't be putting words into the description! So go put on ur loser cap and get over it, move on, and post!
