If the PT lvl average is lower then the mobs by 11 lvls, u get 90% extra XP, im pretty sure, as it said in the guide in KSRO, (when you kill a mob, on the right is that thing thats tells you what happened)

Yes a Euro Party does give 20% more exp doesn't even have to be full just only have euro players in it

Does CHN chars also get 20% more exp then? I just thought only Euros would get more Exp because they are party chars....
