What are LTPs?
I see them quite often in the party match window.
and they always seem to be 1/4 exp and item free for all.

Is there a point to these?

No, and it gives like 10% extra.

nope, doesn't matter where you are in the map as long as you are in full party 4/4, you get +10% exp/sp per mob kill. 2.5% per person in the party

Which generally means a party that goes on for non stop hours and possibly days which generally means (and usually is) a bot party.

well not always ^^ u just name them ltp because u will get such a pt full in no time.
ltp can also mean a pt that is reformed once someone disconnects or left it.

I usually just name them solo pt or share pt. Long time party just sounds like someone with a very poor grasp of the english language. LTP became prominent due to the large number of bots auto-creating parties and auto-naming them as such.

That's because LTP doesn't mean Long "time" party lolz It's Long "TERM" Party.

+1, but wat i find more halarious than LTP is opening party matching and seeing this:

"Taxi 700k ong/hour wolf + sbot + auto ress" -[insert name here]

then an hour later, dude globals:

"Oi *** this ***** scammer [insert same name as before] **** troll/rage quit"
