one more party question
If my Friend( a Warrior/cleric 2h and dual axes)and I were to have to team up in a two man pty, which of these chars would be the best fit: a Warrior/cleric(1h s/s), a Lock/cleric, a rogue/cleric, or a cleric with bard as a subclass

Re: one more party question
Imo 2 man pt is crappy just make a ltp and be by each other so you can still get buffs, and if you do the ltp then go warlock/cleric, and if you still wanna xp auto then wizz is the only option for a dmg. dealer.

Re: one more party question
well... its hard to say because 3 man pt isn't great either anything below 5 its better to just make a xp/item dist. But tiehr lock/cleric or wizz/cleric so you can have more bless time.

Re: one more party question
easiest two man parties...
Warlock/Cleric + Wizard/Bard
recovery cycle by lock, you can fight party mobs w/ skull+sleep by lock, use stun sometimes too, while wizard just attacks and heals mp when needed.
another would be warrior/cleric + wizard/bard, you can use aoe but it takes more time.

Re: one more party question
If you have a stupid wiz that attacks anything the warrior is not attacking then your party will fail unless you are grinding at mobs that won't kill your wiz. You need to get your wiz in line first.
With regard to the choices you have offered :
1) Warrior/cleric(1h s/s) : This will probably not help your party too much since you already have a warrior. Although it might keep your wiz alive a little longer, it's better for them to learn how to wiz instead of compensating for their stupidity with adding more warriors.
2) Lock/cleric or rogue/cleric : Lock and rogue will help with killing rate, but they have fewer aoe and less dmg than a wiz. They have greater "tanking" ability so you don't die as often. I'd recommend using bard as a subclass to accent your party.
3) cleric with bard as a subclass : I like bard/clerics in general. Cleric/gutted bard is great in parties, but it is going to seriously hamper your ability to level if a party is not available due to low damage output.

Re: one more party question
Will say what two men parties I have got so far and how they worked. Maybe best was at physical mobs w/o splash with str chinese tanking and wizard, wizard/bard was better because of noise, so no mobs will get him on back. Other was with cleric/bard and wizard/cleric, buffing each others and bard/cleric playing as bard. I have tried warrior/cleric and wizard/cleric team, but it didn't work too well, although we were on mobs same level as ours. Too many mobs on warrior and keeping himself alive and wizard as well wasn't that easy.
In your case I would say teach the wizard how to play, it is not that hard playing wizard, it is really easy actually. So with warrior and wizard, I think a warlock/bard would be nice to add, help killing mobs faster, statuses and so, and helping with speed or cleric/bard, if you can multitask. But, as anyone already suggested, making a dist party and playing next to each others would be good too, just choose mobs with good spawn.

Re: one more party question
The two I love to use are the Cleric/bard and the Lock/Cleric.
I love the cleric b/c i die maybe once every 1000 mons
only problem is the dmg is low
I love the Lock b/c i can take on 5 mons without hassle
only problem is the easy chance at death

Re: one more party question
man, Ryla, setting up PTs with 3 or 4 people, sucks man, Go to a foreign version of sro to have PTs (not rsro, omg plz dont go there xD) because you pretty much need a legit guild, so u can have 8/8 PTs all the time, its beastly man!!! xD
