skill calculator in excel

actually i am trying to increase my excel skills, so i thought i may can make a skill calculator in excel. but for this i need to know how many sp i need when i up a skill or a mastery at what lvl. i dun wanna use rev6 or nivlam, i wanna get this info directly out of media.pk2. but i cannot find the file. can anyone tell me hows the name of the file(s) what i am searching for ? would be pretty nice !

That information is in Media/server_dep/skilldata_*.txt. The level you acquire the skill is in the 37th column, and the SP requirement is in the 47th column. The actual names of the skills are in Media/server_dep/textdataname.txt, and you'll probably want to use something like Access to relate them to the skilldata. I've attached a command-line utility for cleaning up the text files for import.
