Question about advanced elixir

Okay, so i've got this staff lvl 76+7 advanced havent been used.

Question is, how do i'd make a advanced elixir, not for seal weapons but regular 1's

Destroy a pimped out 8 degree non-seal weapon.

Also iv read that the bigger the plus and the more blues at 100% on the 8D weapon you destroy gives you a bigger chance of getting an adv elixir.

8d item gives 9d advanced elixirs, 9d gives 10d one etc.
just thought I would point this out for sure ^^

Yep, better +/blues increases the chance of getting an elixer but that doesn't mean you will get one for sure if you have +7/100% blue for instance.

destroy 1d item, get 2d elixir, use on 1d item
