How is Pure Int spear?I never played with it, i saw they do greater dmg then glaivers at cap?Should i make one?Is it fun to play...HELPZ!!!

I love playing my pure int spear, it's a high damage build but you will need good gear to survive properly.

non-crit damage of course, because pure int attacks with the same attack and multiplier deal 2x as much as str attacks without crit.

crit damage of both str and crit however is the same.
-> int has a smaller damage difference between crit and non crit attacks


int has a damage advantage but an hp disadvantage
-> snow shield is the saviour (not always but it helps a great deal and is mandatory)

Yes . Int allways does more dmg than STR .
Still for pure int i suggest sword / shield , not spear .

There used to be int spears back when there was no Snow shield XD

I was Pure int spear back at 70 cap... its fun.. and deals massive damage.. Strago was pure int spear.. but then i dropped spear skills and went full force.. regretted that badly

basically its a very catious build, you cant rush in guns blazing and always have to worry about everything & everyone. and time your buffs correctly.

im not saying its not good, but its ALOT of work when you can get much more in that aspect from different builds..

i wouldnt go int again, no sir.

I am asking cause i like Heuksal skills and i would never use Bicheon, and i was always glaiver.Tho im thinking if i make another glaiver he will get boring soon, so trying something new wouldnt be bad.

If you're used to be a pure strength with glaive then you really need a lot of training before you can start playing a pure int spear correctly. What I mean is that unlike pure strength's with a glaive, you can't just storm into a couple of mobs at your own lvl as int spear - you gotta be careful.

That being said, there aren't any "good" or "bad" builds at Silkroad - it's all about your style! So I suggest you to join some private server (sjsro is free) and then try out the pure int build. Maybe you'll like it - maybe not. No matter what you'll get a good feeling of the build as you'll level fast with 30x rates
