Lol. never played any of wemade's mmos maybe they will make silkroad worth playing.

I wonder how this is going to affect the 2010 GNGWC, I just read that on 06/02/10 silkroad was announced to be again apart of the 2010 gngwc, coincedently the contract between joymax and wemade was finalised on 06/02/10 also

I don't see how they can be worse then Joymax.

Sounds like wemade got screwed over lol, max time to make silkroad 2 should be 1 year from now, and after its out people will quit sro to go to that.

meh, SRO2 might be alternate to SRO, but hopefully not

Nobody can know what will happen indeed. Joymax may suck again on SRO2 and wemade mat make SRO so good that noone leaves SRO.

Of course improvements can be made, but I hope it doesn't differentiate from this version. I might decide to come back if it is alright.

Wemade is from South Korea so i don't think there will be some better brains in game .

I really hope they're going to be better than Joymax, cause Joymax really pisses me off so much :/ Good game in good hands might actually make a good game.

1) Wipe all their servers

1) Ban botters and add bot protection

2) make the exp rate like ksro is

They could make a game that could potentially make more money than SRO2
Making joymax go bankrupt for shitty game magement

Never again with Joymax even if they made SRO 1000000 it is still gonna be dead and full with bots, And about Wemade time will reveal their intention and work.

would fit to the game,
as long as they take care of the stallnet,
euro/chinese balance
goldbots and clients pro pc
content-quests-sp/exp rates

that is to say: everything joymax is neglecting
then it noone would care if they set up their own incorporated bot for the game.
it would actually be an easy way to make money

They have a controlling stake now, so it's not a merger or acquisition per se, but I can see that happening.

Of note: They've made two other buys this year, neither of which made their stock go up, but this one seems to have had an effect, albeit small.

Where did this article get its information from? I can't seem to find anything about it on either Joymax' site or Wemade's site.

They bought the majority share in the company, not the game.

Article says contracts wont be finalized until July 2nd. You're a month off buddeh.

Even if they could change this game, they wouldn't.

Most of the people playing silkroad wouldn't be playing it if it was a bad game. It's just the company...Joymax.

SRO2 might be a good game, but end of the day...Joymax.
