my friend has gotten TWO accounts banned from JM, and hes never used a illegal program which said hes gotten banned FOR! yah these bans have to be random

Is he on 24/7? Because thats all you need to get banned.

not really. i have a stall char thats on pretty much 24/7 unless it d/c and it hasnt been banned. its my old lvl 45 s/s char and iv been using it like that for years

You never know what you friends is censoring.

he has his own house ip, I've live by him so I checked his pc, he doesnt get much pwlvl, since he doesnt have much gold, he hand grinds when he can, and he has no prem, which means he gets dced a lot and little to login

are you sure he didn't used any illegal stuff? Maybe he did with that loader thing and he might though that was part of the game?
Any 3rd party program that works with the client it is illegal.

if not, definitely Joymax are banning random people to increase their banned bot list.

It's already obvious they are. There's how many servers? 30ish? In total they banned 4000 accounts, that's only around 100 people per server. They just ban a few people (random and deserved bans), so they can say they banned so many people. But everyone knows there's 1000's of bots per server, so it's obvious they're just messing around.

actually im friends with his parents, but the kid is my lil bro, known him since he was born, his and dad and I brought him into the world of gaming, and tech, hes kind of a n00b at SRO though, so we just made him a new acct and powerleveled him to lv 30 ^_^

JM: ok, ban time lets see... some few bots *click, click* ok, the rest are the bots i let the gold company run so i can get my profit. 100/4000 damn, still not enough... let see the legit players... uh, there's a lot of them without premium! uh-oh *click, click, cliick... [continues]* this is what we got.

Just a thought... Maybe Joymax is banning people for abusing bugs in the game and lumping them together as "bot bans". Technically speaking, one could say there is a bug in the game that allows botting to happen. While Joymax is attempting to fix that bug, people are abusing it by getting power leveled by those bots.

Maybe go a step further to say that power leveling in general could be seen by Joymax as bug abuse if they didn't actually intend on allowing plvl. The game mechanics allow it, just like game mechanics allowed thieves to pop 1 stars back in the day. Maybe they are starting to crack down on 'bug abuse' like that if it's easier (in their eyes) than banning actual bots.

Maybe other bugs not related to plvl...

It's all guesses, as Joymax rarely communicates "well" to the people playing the game.
