Let's franchise SRO

Hey guys,
I had this inspiration. Let me tell u about it.
kSRO, cSRO, Blackrogue and all other SRO's are using the same formula.
Some are run by different companies than JoyMax, I don't know which is run by whom.
What if SRF and some other players invest an amount of money in franchising SRO and name it uSRO: Ultimate SRO or any name you like.
We would actually do the same as the kSRO and cSRO and we could be our own moderator and admin and so on.
Just an idea, tell me if someone had this idea before or maybe it's so stupid to throw it away immediately.
tl;dr: SRF franchises SRO and let's make ourselves an SRO.
info:
Franchising

have fun collecting 100.000$+++++
edit: beside of that, i don't believe that joymax will hand out their files that easily.
I bet you need to make sure that you have a company with a nice income and that you got a good team+ commercial plan in store.

Take out a loan or just gather the money.
I think there is some SRF guy that studied Economics.
We wouldn't divide the money but everybody could make an investment.
INFO:
ShareWho could inform JoyMax how much franchising would cost?
My native language isn't English so someone who has the best grammar could send an email or phone them.

do you actually know what amounts of cash is involved in this? it will cost like 5million dollars to buy just the software... even if you share that, not much people will want to get involved... which retarded bank would even give something like 1 million dollars / person for such a plan?
i study economics

I enquired to JM about this before. There rate for a copy of SRO system files are;
$3,000 USD a month.
You cannnot attempt to take there current customers, cant promote in any of there versions. Also, you must pay a % of the money you make from the item mall. I think it was 35%!..
Basically, you can make ALOT of money if you can invest..

That's more of what I thought.
But still one big amount of money.
And if SRF will make the UltimateSRO, we will take all of their customers, so how are we going to fix that?

No this isn't a joke, it's just a brainfart.

yeh you're probably right, but I thought that, maybe, someone would be interested and dropped 10k dollars on some account and started uSRO and we could all play together happily and so forth.

You do know we would need a team of well prepared developers probably with a college level training/experience, and this is an official version we can't just talk to each other over internet, we need an office or meeting place, and people here are all over the world. Also we would need to host servers to hold 3.5k people. This is a lot harder done then sounds.
Not to be mean to OP but with a little thought its obvious this would never work.

There's also the slight problem of how you'd make your money. I think a lot of people on iSRO right now buy the premiums to let them log in more easily. The increased exp/stats are just a bonus. If you can find a way to stay on top of bots, you wouldn't really need to buy a ticket to log into the server. Of course, there will be people who buy pets and the like, but I don't know if you'd get enough money at first to cover all of your operating costs.
You'd need to get a pretty good server up and running, with enough bandwidth/hardware to support the estimated player load. You might be looking at a loss for up to 1 year before you start making some money (based on normal business models) unless you have some pretty good advertising.

Not ever likely to happen.
1. Not enough funds
2. srf is a website, not some hot shot gaming company, the odds of them even selling the code/software, etc, are very, very slim.
3. & lastly, Half the people on SRF don't even play the game
