imo adding immortal is worthless unless it's sox or you managed to get a 100% stat. Steady is always, but if it breaks.. it breaks. That's how I used to do it.

IF I ever plan on going over +5 I look for a wep that already has 2-3 immo.

Why? +5 will rarely cause any negative effects to items, even +6 or +7 for that matter. Anything beyond 7 is where you would want immo.
Then again this is coming from someone that never bothered, nor cared, for immo/astral/steady when going for 8 and 9 lawl.
