Does the 10% dmg increase really help that much? I'm trying to figure out why i hit so low. My friend had both 100 fire and ice imbue and the dmg on a mob was only 2k off. My friend is 98 ff, prem+ light nuker and hits 93k on a kokoro. I'm 98 ff fire ice nuker, no prem, using ice imbue and fire nukes and hit only 73k on a kokoro. Does Prem + really make that big of a diff. I've always heard fire/ice hits about the same dmg as light/ice nukers. Maybe it's the ice imbue?

73k + 10% = +- 80k + 18% (mag dmg buff) = +- 94k

I guess it could be the fire imbue. Fire imbue + fire nukes = light nuke + light imbue + light buff? U guys think the ice imbue instead of fire is what's making my attacks so much weaker?

lacking in the light buff is a major down turn. despite fire nukes having "higher damage" they still have a lower top damage. and yes ice is probably a primary contributing factor also.

i dont know your stat build, but i cant image how having fire would benifit you over light as a nuker. fires buffs are physical based primarily. youre going to do lower than your "friend" if they are pure int especially with light buffs and imbue.

Well fire has more graphiclly diff nukes, that 120 nukes looks epic, mag def, fire wall, fire shield. :S.

LOL, that 1 str totally hosed his char!

Disintegrate -> bomb -> hellfire -> bomb Repeat
DPS from this rotation is greater then a ice/light nuke build IMO
and i would also argue that fire/ice also is more dps then ice/light when using weapon skills

All int in each situation of course

the light magic buff alone makes it stronger than fire.. but the nukes have terrible range and along cooldown

The damage diff is really not much when u're against some1 same lvl or higher.
Imbue, Light Buff, Prem, all adds up.
Hitting Kokoru is a different story. Since its Blue.
