Hybrid bow should have higher base dmg although less dmg in crits. Matter of preference imho. Probably not as good in PvP.

Crit doubles physical damage. Being hybrid bow lowers your physical damage therefore lowering your crit damage...It doesn't make you crit less. The amount of time you crit has nothing to do with being hybrid or strength.

yes, fine, less "dmg in crits", not less crits. Will edit my original post, sorry I missed the word "damage" since I was talking about "damage"

Hybrid bow works because its higher base damage and you also have to consider that people usually stack high mag defence or phys defence unless your wearing prot and have a balance between them both. This is where hybrid can do more damage in pvp
