and why did you quit? or if not, why haven't you?

iSRO=1 week after the Euro update.

Played some cSRo and mostly ECSRO after that.

Traffic?

i quit once in 2008 about 4 months before the euro update came out, and then i came back for the euro update. and i quit again when 90 cap came out. and i came back for 100 cap.

all in all, i havent played sro in nearly a year now.

i had to have spent so much time on this god damn game, i just want to understand the logic of the people who play this game still.

I started playing this game since late 2005/ early 2006. it was a great game until european patch imo. it changed alot of the game, sure party play was great but what about the pvp? Job wars? guild wars?

oh yay, now theres a different fort... at least that is somewhat cool... i guess

and yay for 10 more levels of silk buying and bot purchases.

when the traffic is too insane to login, even at night
and i never buy silk

I have yet to quit. The game is fun enough even with all the flaws.

I haven't quit sro because in the days i cannot go out , i stay home and play sro with many many friends , teamspeak , party bla bla , good time in it .

I will quit when I'm tired waiting for logon.
Jan - Very bad (many hours)
Feb/Mar - Superb (seconds)
Apr - Poor (up to 1 hour)

Quit also when leveling goes to slow (less then 1 lvl per week).
I admit, I play only a few hours per week.
Some quests take a long time to complete.

Now and then I read something about WoW, partying seems complex. & you have to pay.

but i'm here discussing the game , as the forum isn't as addictive as sro

i quit iSro at around the end of 2008, quit playing ecsro around ~March of 2009.
quit isro/ecsro because i didnt have time for it anymore, and because my guild on both servers quit so there was no point.

1 month after 100 cap

Magic pop ruined the game.
Sun drop rate way too high.
Cave spawn rate WAY too low.

I enjoy grinding but only when there are mobs to kill..

Quitting in 5 days after my friend gives me no money for my free account - after 4 years of hardcore SROing. The grind fest from 100-110 is just too much, and the SP requirements are just ridiculous.

I can't remember exactly. It was after 100 cap was announced.

2009. But only because ECSRO was shut down.

havent quit, it keeps me in touch with friends from other countries and some how i still find it fun to play lol

I quit isro in 2010 but I've quit before...so who knows I might start playing again in the future.

Pretty much quit, I barely log on anymore now. Just not as fun anymore I guess. I had an incident with a friend aswell, probs contributed too. Though I might try to login from time o time, mostly after the update.

That's the nice way of saying it

I would say: Because people are too addicted to the fun part of the game. When they look back, they tend to forget the bad parts...(like me, lol)

This. Jobbing was dead, no south dw PvP, and CTF was dead. Don't tell me people were leveling, because it was the same shit months before 100cap was out.. hell before it was even announced.

Quit in May 2009 to play the Aion closed beta and never came back.

I won't quit.

when 100 cap announced, then started playing again on another server. Gonna quit again soon i think.

2008 had gotten my wiz/bard 90 FF and went to work on my str glaive and could not find a grind spot after month or so left for WOW log on every once in awhile to chat old friends but actualy play can't do it.
