Spawn times are random and depend on when he was last killed but its usually like 3-4 hours

Nope.. he spawn 15min after Anubis and Isis spawn.. you are doing Apis Quest?...

Apis actually belongs to the tomb of pharaoh, Anubis and Isis are in Temple. Why should the times depend on each other?

Well from what iv seen Anubis and Isis spawned at 18:00pm and again at 03:30am, these are the only 2 spawn times for Anubis and Isis. So that means if Canibalismo is correct in what his saying Apis will spawn at 18:15pm and 03:45am.
P.s. These are British/United Kingdom times.
Silkroad Time:-
Anubis/Isis Spawn = 02:00am and 11:30am.
Apis Spawn = 02:15am and 11:45am (If Canibalismo is correct).

tomb/temple uniques spawn time is always the same,,,,,and apis appears ~15mins after you see the "anubis/isis" notice.

Apis does not spawn 15 mins after Isis and Anubis. Isis and Anubis spawned at 18:01pm GMT+0 on Eos server and its now 18:45pm GMT+0 and im still waiting for him to spawn

I killed him like 4-5 times and i think it was different each time, maybe we have to do some test
