was guessing it'd have WoW graphics since they copy most of their stuff from it.

Its pre-beta, although I woulda hoped they used a better engine it seems they stuck it to the cheap options and rehashed their old one (unfinished as it may look)

SRO looks like crap now lol, the game engine is like 7 years old lol.

Joymax is in no hurry it'll take a few months of CBT, OBT to get released then a few months of glitches and a few months of botters.(if not more depending how dedicated the new Joymax staff is)

BUT. It does look exciting, the whole idea of a Silkroad without bots. There's no game out there like SRO.

The suspense is gonna kill me.

anyways i dont expect JM is gona release the game in that kind of engine/graphix. Cuz they know it sucks and think about it.... mabinogi heroes, continent of the ninth, blade and soul. has cool graphics and a lot of people are gona play there even if its P2P.

yeah btw... in the beta video i just post, it doesnt really looks like the one people are playing today. And IF by chance SRO2 is gona look like that way sting13 post, IM gona go back to life and never lay foot in ANY ONLINE GAMES EVER (by that time i'm already graduate and i'm gona find a job )

when SRO-1 was relased, it had quite good graphics for that time for a free mmo rpg.

Silkroad had about a year of CBTs before it went into open beta, and it looked quite different during the closed beta stage. They talk about a closed beta test here, but I would liken these screenshots more to the trailer Pinoy_Archer posted. The game could be totally different in closed beta, and who knows what it will look like by open beta.

Still, I like how they talk about the original in the press release as if the game is finished and Islam is already released.

it looks like they just changed skins of some old sro places and added in snow in most of em .... they should just stick to just working on the original sro...its not even completed...
i'd love to see them manage both at once, they can't even manage 1 properly.

This looks aloooooot better than SRO1, the graphics in SRO1 is crappy.
