A VERY annoying glitch.

Basically for w/e the f... reason, I am literally unable to advance in levels on any of the accounts/characters.
What happens is that whenever I have 99% and I am about to advance in level, let's say I was 14lvl with 99%, after 99%, it becomes 0% again as it's supposed to, ALTHOUGH I DO NOT advance in levels.
Basically after 14lvl 99%, I get 14lvl with 0%.
Anyone else experiencing this nonsense?
It's useless writing this on their original forums, due to the fact that no one even moderates them which means that NO ONE cares what problems we have, because they only care about people's real cash, but let's not get into that.

It's because there is a new Experience Bar.
It's pretty confusing, but it's like 10 levels in 1.
On the left of the experience bar you see a number.
Let's say, for example, it says 3.
And on the experience bar it has 40%.
Your actual percent is 34.
Also, above the exp bar to the left, you can find the actual percent, as well.
If that's not it, then I don't know what's wrong with it.

I'm assuming you're referring to the green bar in the bottom. There's no glitch. A full bar of that means 10% of the actual exp that you need to level up. Notice the number before it? If it says 5, that means you've got 50%. Fill it again then you'll get 6/60%.

I wonder why did it make ti so confusing? mayeb so that while grinding you could actually see the movment?
But Imo would be better if it shows the total % instead of 10%. they could also fix ... thing one "too long names" such as that total % bar, when % is over 10% you get those annoying ... -.-'

I have been playing SRO for around 3-4 weeks, I was unable to play the new Legend 5 due to having mobile broadband. I've only started to play SRO again today, therefore I'm not familiar with silly bars that SRO team has made. I mean really, why even make such a thing?

A lot of people make multiple characters in the beginning to test out builds. As you can see he's also only lvl 14.
