Leveling in the new world

As my poetic title suggest, I am wondering at what level I should goto the lvl100 mobs outside of Alexandria? As a nuker, should you go when 96+ 98+? 100+? Usually I just check mob hp, def and their attack (physical/magical) on konpaku or mmosite, but right now the attacks are missing on both of these sites. So if the mobs do like 250% physical attacks it might not be too smart for a nuker to go there on a lower level
... so are there any magical mobs at lvl100/101?

well i went ther and im a lvl 87 rogue/bard and i could kill the lvl 100 mobs and they only took 4k-5k off me so if you are a lvl 95+ nuker you shud be able to solo them

as nuker go there when you are 98 i am 95 wizzy and they do crit 9k on me + there is alot of party mops you can go with party but must be 90+ and to hard for china to find party they always ask for warior

OMG
OnT: Well it kinda depends on your weapon and equipment.. go there and see how much dmg they do/you do and then decide if you can kill them fast enough
