Scroll of experience

Hrm, has anyone noticed that when they changed the beginner quests, you now do most of your quests revolving around the south gate in Jangan from Jingyo and that eventually he gives you a beginner scroll of experience(100%).
Anyone have an idea what this does? This isn't this the 60 percent or 100 percent exp. helper and it doesn't mention anything about a timed duration.

no the 1 that the OP is talking about you get at lvl 4 or sumthing and all it says in the decription is that it gives you 100% exp but doesnt say for how long

its a noob quest for chinese i guess cuz i did the euro one and got 15 more return scrolls -.-

i think euros should get exp scroll since the monsters are so spaced apart >< takes for ever to get to mobs after 24...

I don't think I did any quests on a new character, but I have the 100% scroll in my inventory.
