Chance of getting Nova

So with the magic pop, do you think it's higher chance of getting a 11d seal of nova item than it was trying to get 10d sun???
I think's it will be
so annoyed at those chars who has sun wep at 10d and get seal of nova on 1st try at 11d

I don't think people need to waste $ at pop on nova when the drop rate is crazy already in Pacific there are multiple son drops

Is Nova a higher class than SOSun? Higher damage stats etc?

Compared do d10 sun then little bit yes.. but if there was d11 sun then no by a long shot a d10 +0 sun staff and a d11 +0 nova staff has 129 mag attack and 13% reinforce difference only.

SoN = 101+7
SuSon = (i don't know the lvl of 10D) +15
I think it's kinda similar to eachother.
