11th DG Lucky Powders?

Hey guys, I can't seem to find the 11DG lucky powders in any grocery stores, where can I find them? is it a drop?

More than likely JM just forgot to add it, just like not being able to repair in Alex. And +3 is definitely doable without lucky powders.

ive wasted 25 elixirs on getting +3 on my spear, so im having doubts. and im definitely not buying advanced elixirs when they're like 450m a pop.

ok so, if there arent any lucky 11d. and you can only use advanced elixirs once, you have to get the weapon to like +3 without luckies, then +4/+5 it or w/e with advanced luckies. Wtf? stupid.
