D11 weapon Tiers?

I have heard from people that lv101 is the only tier this cap can anyone confirm this correct or incorrect?

Yep, only 101 for weapon + gear
I heard accessories are 101 102 and 103 though..

Yup but its probably regulated so it isn't that hard
Else it would be a big failure and I am 100% sure that they DID somehow regulate it a bit. Either the mobs hit less, have less hp or something

101 Tier only. Sux ass because we dont have any lucky powders anymore. Better keep your SUN 10d and 98+9/+10 guys, they will be much better.
*Wasted 3 pages of Weapon elixirs on my 101 daggers and still not +4*
