Well yea, ISRO noobs usually don't have any bards in their pts, i noticed that on my ISRO server too. On KSRO you won't find any pt without bards, most of them even have 2. And almost every Wizard/Bard i know has enough skills on bard to play as bard in pt too. On ISRO it's usually only for noise and moving speed and maybe tambour and dances for plevel. xD
