Ignore this topic. It seems Joymax decided on a longer inspection while I wasn't paying attention.

U can install lol; i just installed on my PC and laptop without any problem..

You're talking about the installer from SRO's site and not the actual client, I assume?

The installer from the site is the new client? when inspection is over I can start it right away.

Well, the installer installs the new client on your computer. I was under the assumption that inspection was over. So, when the installer wouldn't allow me to actually install the client, I became extremely confuzled.
