one of the bard skills is "dancing of magic". but when I try to use it, it says "can only be used within music play area". what does it mean? Can I use it at all??

There must be 2 bards in a party. One bard must use guard tambour, mana tambour or hit march. The other one then uses dance. Every bard in the same pt exept the tambour one can use one dance.
If the one that used tambour gets attacked, the tambour cancels and all the dances cancel.

There's something else - I can't do dance of magic, for example, if someone used mana tambour first. I can do valor though, so it seems like phys dmg reduction = mag dmg increase and vice versa.

Also once you put up a dance you can put up a second tambour or march. so:
1st bard does guard tambour
2nd bard can do dance of magic, then put up mana tambour
3rd bard can then do dance of xyz and put up hit march

Just as an example.

If you get the resistance passives maxed the guard tambour won't be cancelled so often.
