Question is how did they get so many visible hat drops, which aren't available at npc and must be a drop from euro side?

How about this? I only got about a third of them, there were still tons running around.

It's funny how once upon a time gold farming bots used to be force chinese glaviers or basically just Chinese.. now majority of the gold bots are European

You're right, it's very wierd because the visible robe hat doesn't drop THAT often enough for all of them to get it. It's almost as if they were created at that level and came with those hats.
