I believe that JM is banning people that stand in safe zone and buff. I normally just log on my nubby bard to help my guildmates get their dances during pvp. Guess JM decided to ban me. Good thing I only logged on that character to store elixirs or do tambours. Still annoying. 5 pages of wep elixirs gone...



In retrospect, I realized as I was typing the bug report to JM:
Legit, shitty buffer = 0 warning, instant ban.
Botters = 2 warnings, than a "ban" (still haven't seen any botters perma-banned)

Also, i noticed my vocab is kinda farked on the internet thnks to this game. Kept wanting to put mama fack you in the report...


Note: I know this is a bug, I just thought it was funny that my bard got banned. I logged on my friends character and talked with my union, seems like the ban was totally random. Besides stall characters and low lvl nubs, none of the high lvl botters in the server got banned.... o_O. One guy's spamming about how much JM likes his dick and will never ban him for botting.

Friends blader got banned too so not just buff chars...Such a shame my +13 and +10 were on there

My "FuckJoymax" character isn't banned yet, so it must be random.

actually this is causing a lot of drama to botters, i've been skimming rev6 forums and all i've seen is botters that got banned and saying that they're quitting now or are scared, so anybody who might say "i got banned, i leveled to 100 fully legit menz i swear i buy silkzz", is pretty much full of shit... on the other hand the noob bard situation could be an error maybe he just got accidentally hit by the joymax lulz truck.

Although, it seems more like it is actually random due the amount of low levels even lvl 1 banned people, if you dig up a little you'll see that there's is a very big amount of botters that got "randomly banned"...

what's slightly ironic is that I was about to let my gf have the bard character since I got tired of ppl spamming me to "log off your nuker and get on your bard, we need buffssssss"

Guess sro and her just don't mix. *shrug*...

decide what? who am i to tell how you have played, still a big amount of high lvl botters aren't banned, neither high lvl legit chars afaik, if there still any...

Edit: actually there's no way to tell wether it's being a bot ban or a random ban... joymax isn't the best in security methods after all..

All the chars I heard that got banned didn't have (alot of) silk. So from what I know they're just banning the non silk chars, legit or not for this upcoming event on MMOsite.

Hmmm... I should try logging on my blader and my wife's blader on Venice to see if we are banned. Her account hasn't been logged in for about 2 years now, except perhaps once or twice when I logged into it to see if it was still there.

loaders and clientless still dont work afaik since hackshield update.
