I don't get it...

My char got banned... 20 mins ago... out of nothing, i just got a DC and next thing i saw was banned until 2110.
Okay, but then i tried to login into the joymax site. No problems with that. And tryed to change my password. Still no problem. So wtf? I thought if you are banned you can no longer enter the joymax site. It makes no sence, that's all...
So any of your friends got banned today too and has the same thing?

I am well aware why i am banned, but i don't think it really matters. I'm not crying because i got banned, i'm asking why i can login the site and if someone else has or has heard for that from other people?
And yea, i don't wanna state how and why and from what i got banned, cause it will cause too much spam, so please if you can answer my questin, do it, of you wanna accuse me of something whithout knowing anything, than please, remain silence.

Joymax banned you from sro because you botted or whatever. Yet you can use your same account for any other joymax's game. That's my guess.

anyways it might be that the 2 databases are on a different network and the site has not been updated yet.....or joymax does not care if you log on their site lol

I am. Once again, the question is not why i got banned, and will they unban me and OMG my char OMG bla bla blaaa...
I said 2 times what the question is, and the other question is why they added the 3 steps sistem (7 days/14days/perma ban) since all people i know receive the 100 years ban?
Or maybe, just maybe, i got a 100 years ban, because the reason i got banned is not because i botted
Think about that before saying what i am and what i do

okay let me make some things clear, it's Friday... everybody is probly drinking and smoking some good stuff....
and i have to say you are right on the 7 day 14 day blabla ban... so they made a mistake... try to mail and Call them till you get your char back

Yawn, old news. JM farked up all this week. You'll be unbanned in a few hours or maybe a day or by next inspection. People are getting banned left and right for no reason, than unbanned a day later. JM =

They only banned your char not your account, you can still use your acc for create another char and of course you can change your password, end of story.

I had an account that I DID NOT BOT ON but got banned.. but my roomates who are all playing this game with me. well, one in particular used some kinda free bot. we are all on the same NAT. Oh and my roomate? His botted char didn't get banned.
