Never ever used a bot in my whole life, had about ~2000 silk change history. Level 97, fully farmed to 120.

Lmao, hundreds of players are being banned.

Just send customer support message and it'll be over soon, even if you did bot or not.

I don't know if it's a troll or not, but sucks if they are doing random bans again. 120FF requires like 9 million sp... I highly doubt you did that by hand grinding.

Joymax evidently thinks it is. Besides, it isn't possible for Joymax to ban so many legits, since there aren't that many left.

No such thing as a random ban. They don't ban legits.

You botted or used some kind of third party program, even PK2 editors get banned on the odd day. Your fault.

You're an old member Azil, how can you even say that. You've lived through all those random bans they did where they went, "Oops, shit we banned some legits on accidents again. Ctrl+z time, I mean inspection time!"

There's been multiple times in the past where they farked up and had to unbann a bunch of botters and legits due to some weird error with their "bot" detection program, which itself is a bot. No hand banning here.

Not saying I don't believe you. To be honest I personally don't give a fvck if ya did. But I am very curious how many ppl on this forum is gonna get banned.

Tell me, why was I banned for "Illegal program use"? I never ever used a third party program. Unban my account or I and my friends will charge-back everything and quit Silkroad.

100% accurate my ass. I bet they threat msnmgr.exe (Life Messenger) as a third party program affecting Silkroad. Won't be able to sell teh account then. Oh well.

Oh noez they banned me because i used skype T.T :palm:

The truth is there is no point of even sending a message to them, i browsed so many forums and saw so many threads about all the banned players, all are getting one of the 3 automated letters. One is post here, the other 2 letters are similar. So why even bother sending a mail to them. And also, as all of us agreed to the ToS, we agreed that our chars are property of joymax, and even if we never use any 3rd party program, never insult scam or anything, joymax can still ban you, because they like to do so. Because the character you play is their property. So... nothing really you, or me, or anyone can do about it
