My account has been hacked by someone. and he changed my password but the account name and the secret question are the same.But when i try to change the password it asks for the email and the email has been changed also, the guy who hacked my account changed it therefore i cant do a thing. My question is is there a way to get my account back ?

I thought that they had to have access to your original email in order to switch email addresses?

he got my secret question, he was somehow monitoring everything i do on my PC.Because i had no firewall active

and i think all this happened because of some tools I've downloaded ( auto bard buff+warrior buff)

You probably got a keylogger, not really your firewall's fault.

You're probably just a dumb kid, I did the same thing when I was 12 (on an old school mmo ;P)

I don't think you'll get the account back then =(. You should format your computer to make sure you get that keylogger off though.

Lesson learned, don't use third party programs.

LOL shall i mention every error that u manage to make at this? account name and secret answer are the same.....dled "some" tools...no firewall...dude...aww

well there my unfortunate sir. if your account name and security question are still the same, then shouldn't you be able to at least get to the screen where it says password reset has been sent to blahblah@bloh.wateva. if you were, then you know the email at least. unless of course, you can't access that email. then ur screwed.

I'm running no FireWall + no Virusscan. The server here @ home takes care of those things. If there is a problem with my pc = format and put out the latest image.

The best firewall and virusscans are in you head: called your brain. If you don't use that you will def get any software on your pc that you dind't chose to be there.

He used but the problem is he put too much exception and always click "allow access" instead of "deny access"

Not to sound rude... but here i go. Do you actually have anything worth recovering on your account? silk dress? lots of gold? a decent character? Or are we looking for a pity show here because someone new is random downloading from rapidshare looking for 3rd partys??
