Okay i lied...2 questions

1. Until how long before FW starts can you register
2. Does the occupying guild still see who is registered (somebody told me they don't even though i don't see why they wouldn't)

1) IIRC 16:00(or 17:00) GMT+1 on wensday
2) Yes the occupying guild can see it. There was a bug that it was impossible but that bug got resolved 2 weeks after it.
