Now, does Glut Healing and Over Healing actually does absolute damage?
I notice they don't.

Any clerics care to clarify?

i think they do absolute dmg...but thats just for my case.

Well, just tried the skill again, yeab did absolute damage.

It was the Bard's that didnt.

Tuning Sound LVL 7
Its suppose to deal 3013 damage.
But it did 2937.

It deals absolute damage to players which are in your level range.
If you use the absolute damage skill on a lv100 when you are still 50, its obvious it won't do the absolute damage but less.

It only works with people around your level, obviously you don't do the same damage to a level 100 while you are lv 50.
The damage got reduced every x levels.

Whats the highest absolute damage so far at 100Cap?

The damage isn't always the same, depending from level. I have Over healing wich should do 1482 Dmg, but when I use it on Villian Penguin, it does 1000 Dmg and Im 48 Lvl, so they're not absolute dmg but quite close.

they do absolute damage to any1(player or monster) that is eother the same level as you or lower...if the target is even 1 level higher the dmg is less than that given in skill description and further decreases as the level difference rises between you and you target
