Serve ip change?

I looked and looked and i searched and searched(for looks of it i suck at looking for staff) So today i notice i have 121.128.133.28.15779 and i remmber log on faster then this and i remmber having .30 not .28(isnt .28 bad ip server?) can anyone give me the link so i can change my ip?!
