KD chances?!

Hey guys, i'm farming for lvl 100... its hard!, anyways i was looking at the knockdown skills on bicheon. I'm currently lvl 99, with 9 gap, i've got the first two skills on the knockdown series maxed, and the other two skills are at lvl 1, so my question is, is it worth farming the extra 150k sp to lvl them up? I see next to the skills it says 50% chance to KD lvl 65, and on the other one it says 50% chance to kD lvl 85, BUT i seem i manage to KD my opponents most of the time anyways. SOOOOO i was wondering if the "50% chance to KD lvl 65, and 85 lvl" only applied to mobs or monsters and not the lvl of actual human players? if u get waht i'm trying to say? coz if it only applies to monsters then really, as a NUKER i'm not really gunna gain much from lvling them up if it's 50% chance to knockdown PLAYERS anywyas?

imo you have more chance to kd with a maxed skill.
=>lv 85 50%KD lv 86 i think you'll get less chance(like 49% or so..)

I would max them all, lvl 65 skills has low damage.
Having 2 maxed basically allow u to spam kd back to back.
kd stab kd stab kd stab, bread n butter for bich.

It's needed, it might not look like it but the chance does decrease for players too. Especially on that 65 one you'll hardly kd people.
