Server is undergoing inspection

so i just re downloaded sro , have win 7 x64 and im getting the sro is under inspection, i tried adding 222.111.150.111 gwgt1.joymax.com and didnt work, any ideas?

Happens to me when some of the login servers shut down, try adding these lines:
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com
121.128.133.26 gwgt2.joymax.com
121.128.133.26 gwgt3.joymax.com
to C/Windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
works for me

hmm still nothing , added those to host and restarted >_<
EDIT: also tried disabling firewall, same message
the weird thing is silkroad.exe isnt asking for internet access either
EDIT2: nevermind.. i forgot i had peerblock installed lol, working now
