If you had checked sro.net you would've seen that NO WHERE on the teaser said something about the 105 cap. You really think they wouldn't announce that with big letters? Only thing coming out this new update is Hotan Fortress, New avatar, New item in the item mall, and New event which it kind looks pretty cool.
