Actually that's a very good question. Joymax added cap 105 on KSRO but the real cap should be 110, like on JSRO. So, what plan Joymax to do on ISRO? Who knows... but IMHO they will add cap 105 because the only versions of Silkroad they manage personally are KSRO and ISRO.

Sergeant General? An NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) but a CO (Commissioned Officer) at the same time? Make's no sense...

Although, I can see Joymax making it from General to Brigadier General; a demotion in actual military rank structure. Seeing as they jump from Captain (O-3) to General (O-10)...

They should just come out with a title system from level 1, similar to Aion; titles that give certain buffs that aren't ranks; per se. Like, for Elyos; you could have Eltnen's Hero title, that gives some HP, Phys Def; or one that increases magic attack power, etc.

Possible titles might be:

Jangan's Hero
Savior of Constantinople
Adept SP Farmer
Professional Ong Slayer
General Soysauce's Envoy
Bandit King (Thieves)
Treasure Hunter (Merchants)
Merchant's Benefactor (Hunters)
Battle-Hardened
Conqueror of Niya Desert
Kokoru Lover

Afaik, all versions gets lvl 105 except JSRO which gets 110.

We follow kSRO usually so we'll get 105 cap with 330 masteries. If only we would get the nerved holy spell and it would be totally awesome.

Probably 105 because the higher the cap gets, the harder it is to get from the last cap to the new cap.

Btw, what does the nerfed holy spell do different?

Instead of being 100% immune to everything with it it gets nerved to 50%. Which means people with holy spell can get debuffs like impotent/decay/division/bleed/dull etc.
