Well Yeah this is not my first time quitting and returning but I wanna start out new and fresh... I don't remember any of my other accs and They were all below lvl 30 so It doesn't really matter. So I wanna start again but dunno how... My question is how to start playing Sro? I won't have money at all and I won't buy any Silk. How should I level?

Well, u can make a wizz bard and lvl normally in euro, so u will gain money and lvl is quite easy.

Or u can come and play KSRO with us. U can find the guides at Other SRO Versions forum-"How To Play KSRO".

Oh and are the servers still crowded? How hard is it to get in?

To make a long story short: just forget Silkroad.

Dunno, how much time passed since your last interference with Silkroad, think that....server are more crowded.

Forget ISRO when we are talking about full servers.

@omier: What's Ksro exactly... what does it have?

Well, it's Silkroad's official Korean version.
It's ahead of all sros with updates.
Atm it has 105cap, alexandria, 11degree, new mobs and areas, 2 new caves, hotan fort, etc. You can trade item mall stuff, a cool event atm, u can win 11d lucky, scrolls and pandora boxes.
U also get a free sos wep from an NPC every degree till 6 degree, u also get lots of scrolls, icluding 100%moving speeds 20x, 100% exp scrolls every 10 levels.
It has a newuser interface, maps, underbar etc.
And ksro has no full servers, there are goldbots in donwhang and lots of elixir stallers in hotan, but the servers have never gone full.

Hrmm I'm gonna have to try it out! Looks awesome =) but I hope it's not too hard to install and register..It looks pretty hard haha

Only problem i see with KSro is the captcha

Captcha is pretty easy once you get use to it, and its pretty easy to sign up just follow the pics and u should get it, or even if google will translate the pages for u that'll work.
on my part we'd like to have a new player in the community

what about ksro servers ping wise, are they stable for europeans? usa? etc

i've noticed lag 1 time on there and that was teleporting to hotan for the first time. other then that its fine in the usa.

Ugh, the problem I have is that I can't find my XP cd... to add the korean language thing...

@ some here, the captcha isn't allowed on this forums, it's a 3rd pt prgram, so don't sicuss about it, use pm button

@Pyro, well, you have to deal with the login first, takes some hours in the worst case, after that you can choose a server, mae friends, join a guild, and have fun grinding, you can do 1* trades and get some gold, buy a wolf, buy sox low lvl items, they're pretty cheap... you can doo ctf's for exp/sp surplus/ and group pvp... you;ll have to lvl up fast if you want to join the fortress wars, also you have to farm , well silkroad is a nice game, just need to spend some time on it (some really long time without silk ^^

I can't change the locale to korean it says that I need a CD... but I don't have it atm.. what to do?

No one, but you obviously didnt forget about SRO since u come in here.

I'm not gonna say you want to come back, but I will say you should gtfo of here with your complains.

pyro93 you dont have to listen to him (and possibly some others). Its not because he's frustrated at SRO that you wont like it again yourself. They just think because they dont like something, everyone else should think like them.

Just pick one of the newest SRO server if you want to start fresh, more low lvl party and items.

And plan on waiting hours to log on. I know they say use .30 servers I still don't get on. Move on find something else. Its not the game it used to be.

Like every other game, it has its own guide how start playing on there official website...You may wana get that checked out before come in here and get bs all over your post.

It is very unlikely new people will enjoy starting from lvl 1 with no money etc..

When you say to yourself "yeh lets do this" and then look around at 95% all other low lvls getting plvled at the ongs you will lose your motivation and interest, as you will not have money to pay for the plvl you will have to sit back and watch all other people fly past you while your stuck handgrinding.

the game isnt how it used to be and theres no fun left in lvling properly
